5.                  Targeting 2nd Monday of each month for the meetings, with activities between.  The first Meeting was scheduled for Sept. 8th, but there is a Longhouse meeting that night.  Dads voted to have the first meeting on the 9th of September at 7:00pm.

6.                  Wampum - $2.00- $5.00 per meeting.  Girls should be prepared to tell how they earned it, (i.e. helping mom around the house, watching brother or sister, cleaning their room).  The Cheyenne Tribe has traditionally collected $5.  I would like to use this for patches and an end of year family picnic?

7.                  Scouting Reports – girls can tell tribe about the interesting or fun things they may have done since last meeting. (i.e. what cool stuff have they done during the summer, or since the last time they were around the tribal fire)

8.                  Discussion of possible outings/trips.  Get Dad’s suggestions. I would like to add a Zoo Sleep over in October, maybe replace the Dairy Farm trip.  * This would be a good trip to coordinate with our brother Guides tribe.

9.                  Set Schedule for the year.  (Break out the calendars!)

-  Setup tribe meeting locations (Need volunteers to host meetings)

-  Update tribal trips and activities.  What do the girls want to do.

-  Quick overview of next event, camping at Fort Mountain.  Get registration forms in early. The event will fill up quick.

10.              Vests - sold at a company in Marietta called Down to Earth - See flyer.

11.              Questions
