Kick-off Planning Meeting:

I would like to get the dads together for a brief planning meeting at 7:30pm on Monday, August 25th at my house.  The address is 4010 Jenkins Ct. and the phone number is 770-754-4533.   We will try to layout the basic structure for the meetings and setup a tentative meeting and activity schedule for the next six months or so.  I would also like to get your input on meeting locations and the types of activities you and the girls would like to do, i.e. camping, zoo, etc.

Directions:

1.        From Academy St. Go North on  N. Main Street (Hwy 9).

2.        Go to the second traffic light and turn left onto Mayfield Road.

3.        Stay on Mayfield Rd.   When the road forks stay to the left.

Our subdivision is not far after the fork on the left - Mayfield Place.

4.        Turn left onto Mayfield Manor Drive and follow it to the very back of the subdivision.

5.        Our street is the only one on the left - Jenkins Ct. and our house is the second on the left.

6.        4010 is on the mailbox.

Tribal Business

As we start the new 2003-2004 Indian Princess Program, we need to start thinking about our tribal leadership.  Looks like I’m still going to be your fearless Chief; however, we need a new Talley Keeper (was Sam), and a new Wampum Bearer (was Jack).

If you are interested in a particular tribal position or continuing your position (Assistant Chief, Tally Keeper, or Wampum Bearer), please let me know.  We can discuss at the Kick-off planning meeting mentioned above.
